Kely (Oviedo, 1960-2013)
An artist of reference within the Asturian and national plastic arts. With a prematurely truncated career Kely was prodigal in exceptional works throughout his various creative stages, reinventing himself over time, in which he used various techniques, mixed media, collages or photographs.
Since 2006 the gallery has worked on her work, holding various exhibitions such as Cuestión de tiempo in 2007, Un hueco en el vacío in 2010 and in 2015 the Gema Llamazares gallery presented Una vida pintada a Commemorative exhibition of the X Anniversary of the gallery.
In November 2019 the Museum of Fine Arts of Asturias dedicates to him the exhibition Hishiryo. It is always now. Last paintings of Kely.
